How much can I earn renting out my property?
Our model is B2B—we only work with verified companies and their employees. This makes renting safer and more financially rewarding for landlords, whether short-term or long-term, since your tenants are always working professionals.
Do I need a permit to rent out my property?
Permit requirements vary by location, so it’s important to check your local regulations. In most cases, owning your property gives you flexibility, but housing cooperatives and landlords may have their own rules about subletting. Subletting part of your home usually does not require a permit.
What does NCH rental service include?
We offer full-service short- and long-term rentals (minimum one month). Our team handles everything before, during, and after the rental period—from contracts and guest support to cleaning and security—so you maximize income with minimal effort.
What if something breaks during a guest’s stay?
You’re fully covered. Any damage is first handled through the security deposit or your homeowner’s insurance (with a rental add-on). In addition, NCH is fully insured, and our insurance partners can provide extra protection.
What should I consider before renting with NCH?
Besides checking permits, we recommend removing items of high sentimental or financial value. Leaving most furnishings in place helps create a welcoming home for guests.
